It really was a fun night in St James hall on Sunday evening; 27th October as the eight teams of six took on a wide variety of challenges in a close fought battle to the end. The team who stayed just ahead most of the evening and did win through was: ‘The Buskers’. Congratulations to them and to the team who organised the evening.
The more serious aspect of the event was hearing about the challenges faced in Bulagaria by those families who have children with severe disabilities. The small charity ‘Happy Days Play and Therapy Centre’ currently supports families as and when it can but has big dreams for the future. They face many challenges ahead before these can come to fruition and they ask for our ongoing prayer support.
The evening raised £ 415. 20, thank you to everyone who came along and supported what was a great fun evening and to everyone who worked hard to make it such a success.
